- Are rehabbing or returning to training and want to bridge the gap safely.

Single consultation to provide expert advice from a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning Coach on how to optimize your performance for your unique goals, lifestyle, or profession.
- 60-minute consultation call via GoogleMeet to address concerns, goals, or other needs
VLP SESSION - FOLLOW UP
For clients who have met for a VLP session in the last 3 months and require additional follow up.
- Mini: 20 min follow-up call via GoogleMeet for status check, Q&A, quick questions
- Standard: 45 min follow-up call via GoogleMeet for deeper progress review, progression guidance, etc

VLP BLUEPRINT
Custom 3-month training program built for you to execute independently. No calls or feedback, just expert programming delivered and updated as you progress.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
For the self-starter who wants a professionally built plan. No hand-holding, just direction. You prefer to train independently but want a program tailored to your goals, movement history, and equipment setup.
Ideal if you:
- Have experience training on your own but want structure that actually fits your body and schedule.
- Don’t need ongoing feedback but still want expert design from a coach who understands tactical, competitive, and hybrid demands.
- Want a reset or new training block that aligns with your performance season or deployment cycle.
