I worked with Ellie 3-5x per month for two years, and have been pain free for 4-years now! At the time I was dealing with severe back pain, very limited mobility, and a the fear of aggravating my herniated disk. I was operating at a very high stress level, struggling to maintain a healthy fitness schedule, and hesitant to do anything that could trigger or exacerbate my back pain. Ellie's comprehensive, and whole-body approach worked well to reduce the severity of this acute pain, increase the mobility and range of motion for my entire body, and strengthen the muscles all around my back to allow me to stop worrying about tweaking or agitating the pain again. She used dry-needles, manipulation, stretching, weights, resistance, and cardio training all in a combined approach to get me back to a healthy body.

After working with Ellie, I have overcome my back pain, regained my mobility, and gained the confidence to push myself hard in the gym, because I've learned the tools to recover effectively. I now know how to identify the warning signs for potential flare-ups well before they take hold, and I have the skills to work with my body to build workout plans and movements that immediately get me back to my healthy normal.
